NAMI DuPage, an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, offers a free, in-person monthly series for parents and caregivers of children under 18 at our Wheaton location. These interactive sessions give families a judgment-free place to ask questions, share concerns, and learn practical ways to support their child’s mental health.

Please join us on September 15 from 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. for a special celebration as Bensenville Community Public Library and Bensenville School District 2 come together to launch Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in our community!

Bensenville School District 2 is proud to share that our Pre-K program has earned the Gold Circle of Quality, a recognition that highlights the high-quality early learning experiences our team provides for our youngest learners.

As we begin another exciting year together, I want to extend a heartfelt welcome to all of our returning families and those joining the BSD2 community for the first time. We are excited to open our doors and begin a year filled with learning, growth, and opportunity.

The District 2 Board of Education approved the official 2026-2027 school calendar during its February 18 meeting.

We understand that many families in our community are currently facing uncertainty and hardship due to disruptions to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Please remember you are not alone. BSD2 and our community partners are ALL IN when it comes to supporting our families.
